Personal data is only collected on this website to the extent technically necessary. Under no circumstances will the data collected be sold or passed on to third parties for any other reason. The following declaration gives you an overview of how we guarantee this protection and what kind of data is collected for what purpose.

Personal data

Personal data is individual information about the personal and factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person. This includes information such as your name, address, postal address and telephone number. Information that is not associated with your identity (such as the number of users of the website) is not included.

You can use our online services without revealing your identity!

If you send a message by e-mail to one of the prevention network sites, you can provide your name, a pseudonym, and other personal information. We want to point out that the transmission of personal data (e-mail address, name, address) by the user is expressly voluntarily. You can also choose a pseudonym instead of your name or not provide any information at all.

Browsing history

We want to point out that most browsers create a history of visited pages. If you wish to protect yourself from other users of your terminal device finding out about your visit to our website, you must delete your browser history.

Data processing on this website

The PROVIDER automatically collects and stores in its server log files information that your browser transmits to us. These are:

* browser type/version
* operating system used
* Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
* Anonymised IP address
* Time of the server request.

This data cannot be assigned to specific persons by the PROVIDER. A combination of this data with other data sources is not carried out. The data is deleted within one day.

Cookies

The internet pages use so-called cookies in several places. They serve to make our offer more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files stored on your computer and saved by your browser. All cookies used by us, with the exception of the Matomo cookies (see below), are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain viruses.

Statistics / Matomo

This website uses Matomo, an open source software for statistical analysis of visitor access. Matomo uses “cookies”, text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is stored on our provider’s server in Germany. The IP address is anonymised immediately after processing and before it is stored. Matomo cookies remain on your terminal device until you delete them. Matomo cookies are stored based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the anonymised analysis of user behaviour to optimise its website for the user. The information generated by the cookie about the use of this website will not be passed on to third parties. You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly. However, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this website to their full extent. In this case, an opt-out cookie will be stored in your browser, which prevents Matomo from storing usage data. If you delete your cookies, this will have the effect that the Matomo opt-out cookie will also be deleted. The opt-out must be reactivated when you visit our site again.

You may choose to prevent this website from aggregating and analyzing the actions you take here. Doing so will protect your privacy, but will also prevent the owner from learning from your actions and creating a better experience for you and other users.
